In-App Support Centre
All users have access to a detailed help article centre where they can search for help
Offline Sync-Tray
For projects with bad mobile connectivity. If sufficient connectivity is not available when performing an action in the app, the app will save that action and prompt the user to “Sync” the activity to the cloud once they are in an area with better connectivity.
PDF Exports
All documents generated in SiteAssist can be generated as a PDF and shared/stored locally if needed
Single Sign-On
SiteAssist can use Azure Active Directory for Single Sign-on so that employees can log in using their corporate account details.
Template Builder
Allows SiteAssist to digitise any type of permit to work, inspection or checklist. Customise the workflow of a permit, the types of questions (e.g. Multiple choice, dropdown, free text, etc). Create complex flows using conditional logic, approvals etc
Notifications
Intelligent notification system (email and push notifications) that will notify users of permit changes and other important updates
CSV Exports
All document registers can be filtered as well as exported to CSV file
In-App Support Chat
All users have access to in-app support chat during working hours with a response time under 1 minute
Analytics
Suite of analytics dashboards (Org, Business Unit & Project level) which allow users to explore the data and pull out key insights about performance on site.
Authorisation Groups
Complete control and User Management. Users can be placed in various Authorisation Groups to control permissions within the app and within workflows.
Template Version Control
All changes to templates are controlled via permission levels and with version control
Colour Coded Templates
Identifying the colour of your permits will help you find them when viewing them in a list
Secure Projects
Secure Projects can be set up within an organisation but in a separate environment for increased security. The project will inherit organisation settings and templates but live in its own environment
Real-Time Dashboard
Both the Organisation and each project get a real-time permit dashboard to keep track of permit statuses
Document Permissions
Ability to control certain actions based on Authorisation levels: - Raising Permits - Creating Checklists - All Permit actions (extensions, transfers, suspension, etc) - Approving Permits - Creating / Updating Register Items - Briefing Roles
